Why use Millboard® Cladding Aluminium Vertical Starter Trims?
Millboard® Cladding Aluminium Vertical Starter Trims establish an accurate and secure base for your Millboard® Cladding Boards, the Envello Board & Batten+ and Shadow Line+ ranges included. Designed specifically for vertical cladding installations on your building, these Starter Trims are made from aluminium and offer a durable and sturdy foundation for your Cladding Boards.
When installing your first Cladding Board, it is important to fix it in a level position, ready for the rest of the Boards to follow, using a Vertical Starter Trim will ensure this is maintained throughout.
Millboard® Vertical Starter trims are positioned on the bottom of the battens on the wall to provide cohesion between Cladding Boards, resulting in a level finish. It's important to install the Starter Trims level to maintain the alignment and accuracy of your cladding project.
Following this method enhances the aesthetics and strength of your cladding installation. Please take into consideration when installing your Starter Trims that the ends of the Cladding Boards will be lower than your Trim.
