The slatted panels can be applied directly to existing walls, with a lightweight construction that makes them easy to transport and manoeuvre. The authentic woodgrain-effect MDF offers a sustainable and contemporary alternative to traditional timber. With the addition of a felt backing, these panels also aid sound absorption, helping to improve the overall acoustic performance of a space.
Product Range
Available in 2.4m or 600mm lengths, our slatted panels are offered in size options to suit a range of project requirements. These interior panels are easy to install using screws or adhesive and can also be mounted onto a batten system to further enhance acoustic sound absorption. With a choice of seven earthy, natural-toned slats, the panels are designed to complement and adapt to a variety of existing interior design styles.
This customer chose to install the boards in a small section of their hallway. If you opt for a similar approach, our espresso panels will be the first thing you see when opening your front door!
In another project, the customer installed acoustic panels in a bedroom, positioning them on either side of the bed to create a cosy, inviting space. For this design, they selected our golden pine colour.
The slatted panels can also be used as a stylish headboard. For this application, we recommend using our 600mm x 600mm panels for an easier, more precise fit.
In this living room project, the panels were used to cover a large section of an interior wall. This adds both texture and warmth, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere. Golden pine was also chosen for this installation.
Should I buy 600mm x 600mm or 2.4m panels?
Depending on your project, you may be unsure which size to choose. Our acoustic internal panels are available in two sizes: 2.4m x 600mm and 600mm x 600mm.
The 2.4m acoustic internal slatted wall panels are perfect for larger projects where you need to cover a full-length wall. These panels can be installed as a feature wall or around a whole room for a striking look.
600mm x 600mm panels are ideal for larger projects where you want to cover a full-length wall. They can be installed as a feature wall or used throughout an entire room for a striking effect.
The 600mm x 600mm panels are a great option if you want to add a touch of texture and depth to a space. This smaller size is also useful for custom projects where you need to fill smaller sections of a wall and are easier to transport.
Can cladding panels be used in a kitchen or bathroom?
These panels are ideal for use in offices, living rooms, bedrooms, and hallways. However, we do not recommend using them in wet areas that are prone to damp, such as kitchens or bathrooms.
Can I cut the wall panels?
Yes. The felt backing can be cut with a utility knife, while the MDF panels should be cut using a hand saw or circular saw on the non-decorative side.
