Why Choose Cladco 3.6m Composite Fencing Panels?

Cladco 3.6m Composite Fencing Panels are a high-quality, rot-resistant and durable alternative to wood fencing panels.

Our Composite Fence Panels and Composite Fence Posts are more capable of withstanding wind, rain, sun and other types of weathering when compared to alternative low-quality timber fencing.

Composite Fencing is also stronger and easier to maintain compared to traditional timber - it does not require staining, varnishing or treating. Composite Panels easily slot together for quick and simple installation of your new Composite Fencing perimeter.

Panel Specifications

Length: 3.6m
Height: 210mm (200mm installed)
Thickness: 20mm
Weight per Panel (approx.): 11.52kg

Composite Fencing Panels are made from 60% recycled hardwood fibres* and 40% recycled plastic and are constructed using a lightweight honeycomb design for increased strength.

Cladco Fencing Panels are available in a variety of Stone Grey, Coffee, Teak and Charcoal, so you can complement or contrast an existing Cladco Composite Decking or Composite Cladding project alongside your Fence.

Fence Posts must be a maximum of 1.8m apart to ensure adequate support for each Cladco Composite Fencing Panel. View our Installation Guide for more information and advice.

Cladco Fencing Panels are 210mm in height (giving 200mm high coverage when installed), 3600mm in length and 20mm thick. They can be secured easily with either Composite or timber posts. Composite Fencing Panels are also simple to install into concrete fencing posts when used with Cladco Concrete Post Spacer Trims.

Colour variations and weathering

Due to the timber composition of our Composite Fencing, weathering and colour variations are unavoidable. We encourage you to place a singular order of your Composite Fencing Panels, as ordering at multiple times will cause variations in colour due to batch differences. Colour differences may still occur between Panels in singular orders.

When your Fencing Panels have been installed, they will stabilise in colour over the next few months as the natural materials adjust to their environment.

The conditions of weather will alter the appearance of your Fencing, the colour will be different when dry than when wet.

*Cladco Composite products are available as FSC® Certified for the same cost. If you require FSC® Certified products, please ask for these when placing your order.

Please note: Items and colours may differ slightly from the images above.

Questions
Do I need to leave an expansion gap?

Cladco Composite Fencing is designed to expand and contract with changes in temperature. Therefore, if you are installing the Panels within the Posts, we advise leaving an expansion gap to allow for any movement.

Why are watermarks appearing on my Fencing?

Watermarks are a common occurrence when the weathering process in Composite Fencing is taking place. Due to the tannins that are released from the timber contents of the Fencing Panels, the marks from water can become more apparent. This is temporary and will fade naturally over time.

Is Composite Fencing maintenance-free?

Although Composite Fencing needs much less maintenance in comparison to timber options, it is not totally maintenance-free. It is vital to clear debris from your Fencing to prevent any staining and this becomes especially important when installed underneath trees, where leaves, petals and sap will fall. If your Fencing is situated near gutters or downpipes, water run-off can cause staining, cleaning the Panels often can prevent this.

Do Composite Fencing Panels fade?

As with other Composite products, our Composite Fencing Panels endure a stabilisation of colour, normally within the initial six months of installation, until they reach their end shade.

Are Composite Panels susceptible to scratching?

Composite Boards can be vulnerable to scratching, particularly when exposed to harsh materials like metal. To minimise the likelihood of scratches, avoid using tools that could damage the Panels.
