Installation
To install our Decking End Caps, you will need to lightly sand the edges of both the Board and the End Cap to create sufficient friction for a secure fit.
Cladco Composite Fencing is designed to expand and contract with changes in temperature. Therefore, if you are installing the Panels within the Posts, we advise leaving an expansion gap to allow for any movement.
Our Composite Boards consist of 60% recycled timber. Due to the natural properties of timber, the Boards expand and contract with temperature changes. Leaving appropriate expansion gaps between Boards allows for this movement, reducing the risk of warping or splitting caused by restricted space. Adequate Board spacing also facilitates cross ventilation, ensuring the longevity and stability of your Decking.
Wall Cladding can be installed vertically or horizontally, follow our guide here. Please use our handy online wall cladding calculator to work out how many boards are required.
For a sophisticated and professional finish, Cladco Composite Bullnose boards are easy to install, see our guide here. Please note that Bullnose Boards are intended for use as borders around your Composite Decking area. Due to natural batch variations and the timber within the Boards, they are not designed to blend seamlessly with the rest of your Composite Decking.

For an enhanced aesthetic, we recommend choosing a contrasting colour to create a picture frame effect.
Fascia Boards can be installed either vertically or horizontally to conceal the edges, corners and underneath of a Decking installation for a neat, attractive appearance. Decking Boards or Trims can be used as Fascia Boards. See an example of Fascia Boards here.
Fascia boards can be used to hide the joist support structure of a decking project, their purpose is purely for aesthetics. Fascia boards are an optional extra for any decking project and can be used as either a skirting trim or a decking board used on its side. If installing the Premium Nordeck Decking Range we offer a specific Fascia Board here. Please see our gallery for inspiration.
Cladco Composite Decking is simple to install. Please see our easy-to-follow installation guide here depending on your choice of joists and ground type.
For Composite Decking Boards, we offer a T-Clip system to allow for expansion and contraction of the Boards and Starter Clips for the beginning of installations. For Nordeck Decking installations, we provide Speeddekz Screws and Hidden Deck Fasteners, which can be installed directly into the Board itself. For more information on installation, please visit our installation section.
When attaching your balustrade to your decking frame, it is vital that it is installed safely and securely. Please see the Cladco Balustrade installation guide here for a step-by-step guide on how to install your Cladco Balustrade System.
Balustrades can be made out of a variety of materials, we supply the premium option of powder-coated aluminium. A balustrade simply creates a protective or aesthetic divider between one area such as a balcony and the surrounding other areas. To install the Powder Coated Aluminium Balustrades, please follow our installation guide found on the product page.
Balustrades can be fitted with ease to Cladco Composite or Nordeck decking. See the easy-to-follow installation guide here:
Cladco Fibre Cement Cladding Boards cannot be installed vertically. The Cladco Fibre Cement Boards are designed to be installed horizontally using a feathering technique, giving your building an attractive finished appearance. Installing the Boards vertically is not recommended by Cladco Profiles as detailed in Cladco Terms and Conditions.
For installation advice, please read our Installation Guide.
Fibre Cement Wall Cladding Boards can be installed on any interior or exterior surface with the correct support structure, such as garages, sheds, houses, or garden rooms.
